How accurate are Echo's predictions?

Echo gets to ~92% pattern accuracy after about 14 days of regular check-ins. It improves the more meals you log and the more honestly you rate how you feel after them — the engine is learning your body, not a population average.

Do I have to count calories or macros?

Never. Echo identifies foods from a photo or quick note and handles the math silently. You'll never see a calorie target unless you ask for one. We're tracking how food makes you feel — not how much of it you ate.

Is my health data private?

Your logs and patterns are encrypted at rest and in transit. We don't sell data, ever. You can export everything you've logged and delete your account in two taps — including from our backups within 30 days.

Will Echo work with my diet (keto, vegan, IF, etc.)?

Yes. Echo doesn't prescribe a diet — it observes how your specific eating pattern affects your specific body. Whether you're keto, plant-based, omnivore, or doing 16:8 intermittent fasting, the model adapts to you within two weeks.

Does Echo work during pregnancy?

Pregnancy changes how your body responds to food day by day — and that's exactly where Echo's continuous pattern-learning shines. The model re-calibrates as your body changes through each trimester. That said, Echo is not a medical device, and prenatal nutrition is best guided by your OB/GYN or a registered prenatal dietitian. Use Echo as a complement to that care, not a replacement.

How long until I see real patterns?

You'll see your first prediction in under a minute. Personal patterns — the kind that change how you eat — typically emerge between days 7 and 14 of regular use. We'll tell you when a pattern has hit our confidence threshold.

Can I share insights with my coach or nutritionist?

One tap exports a weekly pattern report as PDF or shareable link. Coaches on the Team plan can connect directly — they see your patterns (never your raw food logs) and can leave notes you'll see in-app.

What devices do you support?

Native apps for iOS 16+ and Android 10+. Apple Watch and Garmin integrations launch with v1.2. We sync read-only with Apple Health and Google Fit to pull workout context when you allow it.
